Other than the new job haven't been up to much, I'm just now starting to realize how many projects and finals I'm going to have due in about a 2 week span and thinkin I should probably get to work one of these days. On that note, it's starting to look like the holidays in New York!(other than the fact that it was 60 degrees today) Billabong is literally right across the street from Macy's at Herald Square and were starting to see all the decorations go up, and the windows will be done soon! I don't have to work on Thanksgiving anymore so my friend Ashley and I are going to the Macy's Day Parade! I'M SO EXXXCCITED! but I'm also kinda bummed I'm not going home, Thanksgiving is kind of a big deal in my fam, let's just say Aunt Kay's house reaches max capacity every year (and 5 varieties of mashed potatoes) and this is my first time not being there.
This weekend I have a conference for DECA, which is a club I'm involved in, and it just so happens we get free tickets to Radio City Christmas New York! yeah the Rockettes.. that's right. I'm getting quite in the Christmas spirit this year, probably because I'm so excited for the semester to be over and to go home and see my family for awhile! I'm thinking it's about that time I change my ring tone to Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You"...and they better put some good Christmas movies Netflix, or I'm going to be VERY upset.
